A WIP route set in the English counties of Cumbria, Lancashire and Yorkshire. Set in the late 1950s to early 1960s, it will eventually cover portions of the former Furness and Midland Railways, namely the Furness, Cumbrian Coast and Wennington lines and possibly more. A (also WIP) fictional route heavily inspired by the Scotch Racetrack by Glennock Creations. Not based on any railway in particular, I just wanted to build in an epic, almost fantasy-esque scenery. Featuring long stretches of single-track mainline along windswept coasts and river firths, through pine valleys and mountain passes and over a lot of wooden trestles, Highland engines and rolling stock running under NER signals and a lot of billboard trees.
